短暂性脑缺血发作ABCD2评分与血浆LPA水平的相关性研究

目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）ABCD2评分与血浆溶血磷脂酸（LPA）水平的关系。方法测定98例TIA患者（TIA组）和62例健康体检者（对照组）血浆LPA水平,TIA组按ABCD2评分分为高危组、中危组和低危组,比较三组间治疗前后血浆LPA水平及1个月内发作次数。结果 TIA组血浆LPA水平高于对照组（P〈0.01）;高、中、低危组间治疗前后血浆LPA水平及发作次数差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 ABCD2评分与血浆LPA水平密切相关,联合二者更有助于TIA的指导治疗和风险评估。

Correlation analysis of plasma lysophosphatidic acid levels and ABCD2 scores in patients with transient ischemic attack

Objective To explore the relationship between plasma lysophosphatidic acid（LPA） levels and ABCD2 score in transient ischemic attack（TIA） patients.Methods Plasma LPA levels were measured at admission in 98 patients with TIA and 62 age-matched healthy persons.Patients with TIA were classified as high-risk group,middle-risk group and low-risk group according to the ABCD2 score.The plasma LPA levels within three groups before treatment,after treatment and attack frequency in 1 month were compared.Results Plasma LPA levels in TIA patients were higher than those in healthy persons（P0.01）.The statistical difference occured all the plasma LPA levels within three groups before treatment,after treatment and attack frequency（P0.01）.Conclusions There are close correlation between ABCD score and plasma LPA levels,both of them are very useful to guide treatment and to evaluate risk for TIA patients.
