| 摘 要： | 目的]观察五苓散合痛泻药方加减联合硫糖铝混悬液治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法]将60例IBS患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,以五苓散合痛泻药方加减联合硫糖铝混悬液治疗;对照组30例,用西药常规治疗;结果]治疗组和对照组显效率和总有效率比较(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论]五苓散合痛泻药方加减联合硫糖铝混悬液治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效显著。 |

Combination of Chinese and Western treatment of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome 30 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective] to observe the clinical effect of Tong-Xie-Yao-Fang and Wu-Ling-San decoction plus Sucralfate Suspension on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) of diarrhea type. Methods] the 60 cases were divided into two groups randomly. The 30 cases in treatment group were given Tong-Xie-Yao-Fang and Wu-Ling-San decoction plus Sucralfate Suspension; Control group ( 30 cases) were given western medicine conventional therapy. Results] the total effective rate and apparent effective rate between treatment group and the control group have a significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion] the effect of Tong-Xie-Yao- Fang and Wu - Ling - San decoction plus Sucralfate Suspension on IBS of diarrhea type was good. |
