鄂尔多斯地区宫颈癌与人乳头瘤病毒几种亚型关系的研究

目的：研究鄂尔多斯地区宫颈癌与人乳头瘤病毒几种亚型关系，探讨用聚合酶连锁反应(PCR)检测宫颈癌石蜡组织切片中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)6／11、16、18、31、33、35亚型的可行性。方法：用PCR检测45例鄂尔多斯地区宫颈癌石蜡组织切片中HPV6／11、16、18、31、33及35型。结果：45例宫颈癌石蜡组织切片中，HPV6／11型占4．4％(2／45)，16型60．0％(27／45)、18型6．7％(3／45)、31型2．2％(1／45)、33型2、2％(1／45)、35型2．2％(1／45)。各型均为阴性者3例，6．7％(3／45)；复合型(同时存在两种亚型者)7例，占15．6％(7／45)，其中包括6／11 18 1例、16 18 2例、16 31 1例、18 31 1例、18 33 1例、31 35 1例。结论：PCR可用于检测宫颈癌石蜡组织切片中多种HPV亚型，操作简便可靠，有利于临床应用。

Relationship Between Cervical Cancer and Subtypes of Human Papilloma Virus in Erdos Region

Objective:To study the relationship betw ee n cervical cancer and subtypes of human papilloma virus (HPV)in Erdos region ,an d evaluate the feasibility of detection of HPV subtype 6/11,16,18,31,33 and 35 b y PCR technique.Methods:HPV subtypes in 45 sections of cervical cancer were detected by PCR technique.Results:Of 45 HP V,2 were positive in type 6/11,27 in type 16,3 in type 18,1 in type 31,1 in type 33,1 in type 35,3 in all subtypes ,7 in mixed types.Conclusion:PCR technique is simple and easy to clinically apply in detecting HPV subtypes in paraffin section of cervical cancer.
