护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响

目的:了解护理干预对糖尿病(DM)患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:对109例DM患者进行住院时及出院后连续性护理干预,通过随访、电话联系,病友联谊会等方式了解患者治疗依从性的状况。结果:患者入院前与出院1年后对DM的饮食、运动、药物治疗依从性,血糖监测、定期复查依从性均有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:对DM患者进行住院时及出院后连续性护理干预,可提高DM患者综合治疗的依从性,减少了患者住院次数和经济负担,并延缓了并发症发生和发展,提高了患者的生活质量。

Affection of nursing interference on treatment dependence of patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To understand the affection of nursing interference on treatment dependence of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM). Method 109 cases with DM were nursed inward and outward continuously. The treatment dependence were detected by follow-up, phone touch, patients union, etc. Results The DM patients' dependence on diet, sport and medical treatment raises significantly( P<0.01 ), also that of blood glucose supervision and periodical rechecking raise significantly(P<0.01) between pre-inward and 1 year after outward. Conclusion The continuous nursing interference on DM patients inward and outward may improve their general treatment dependence so as to decrease the financial pressure and in-hospital times, also prolong the occurrence and development of complications and improve patients' living quality.
