颅内血肿微创术治疗高血压脑出血39例临床观察

目的：观察颅内血肿微创术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法：采用回顾性分析，对我科收治的79例高血压脑出血患者，根据治疗方法，分为观察组（39例）和对照组（40例）；其中观察组采用颅内血肿微创术，对照组采用内科常规治疗。结果：观察组恢复时间，血肿清除率均优于对照组；观察组临床疗效，临床神经功能缺损程度（CSS）评分均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：颅内血肿微创术治疗高血压脑出血临床效果明确。

The Clinical Curative Effect Detection of Curing Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage by Intracranial Hematoma Clear Skill

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect detection of curing hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by intracranial hematoma clear skill. Methods：79 cases of were hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage divided into observation group （39 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The observation group using intracranial hematoma clear skill; the control group was treated with conventional treatment, The clinical neurologic deficits scale was assessed before and after treatment. Results：The observation group recovery time, hematoma clearance rate was better than the control group ; observation of curative effect, CSS scores were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has definite clinical effect.
