云南省自然感染鼠疫菌宿主动物的研究

目的 分析云南省鼠疫疫源地自然感染鼠疫的宿主动物的分布规律.方法 整理核实1954～2006年间云南省地方病防治所有关鼠疫监测资料,并通过SPSS13.0统计软件进行处理和分析.结果 家鼠鼠疫疫源地自然感染鼠疫动物有黄胸鼠、褐家鼠等17种和亚种,其中黄胸鼠为该疫源地的主要宿主;野鼠鼠疫疫源地自然感染鼠疫的动物有齐氏姬鼠、大绒鼠等27种,其中齐氏姬鼠和大绒鼠为该疫源地的主要宿主.结论 由于两块疫源地自然环境、宿主媒介、动物活动等差异和联系,形成染疫动物既有区别又相互交错的格局,两块疫源地分别具有相对独立的鼠疫流行规律.

Study on Host Animals of Natural Infection with Plague in Yunnan Province

Objective To analyze the distribution and season fluctuation of host animals naturally infected with plague in the two types of plague natural focus in Yunnan Province.Methods Relevant data of plague surveillance from 1952 to 2006 were collected and checked with statistic software SPSS13.0.Results There were respective 17 species of infected hosts such as R.flavipectus and R.andersoni in Rattus andersoni plague natural focus with the principal host of R.flavipectus,and 27 species infected hosts,for example,A.chevrieri and E.miletus in wild rodent plague nature focus with the two rodents of principal host.Conclusions There are different and overlap distribution of naturally infected animals because of distinction and correlation of physical environment,host and vector and animal movement between the two types of plague focus.In addition,there are respectively indepen dent epidemic characters in the two types of plague focus.
