| 摘 要： | 人文素质是人文知识和人文精神等综合素质的重要体现，本文就人文素质教育在医学教育中的重要性和内涵体现以及人文素质教育在医学教育中的实施途径进行了阐述，旨在加强医学生的人文素质教育，培养既具备较高的专业技术水平、又具有高尚的职业道德和健康的心理素质的优秀医学人才。 |

| Abstract: | Humanity quality is the essential manifestation of general characters such as hu-man knowledge and human spirit.In this article,we investigated the importance,meanings and measures of the education of humanity quality in medical teaching in order to reinforce the education of humanity quality of medical students and train excellent medical talents with advanced professional technology,magnificent professional ethics and healthy mental quality. |
