| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨白血病患儿父母的应对方式情况。方法对３４例白血病患儿父母采用Ｊａｌｏｗｉｃｅ的应对压力量表（ＪＣＳ）进行调查。结果在部分应对策略使用上白血病儿父母之间有差别（Ｐ〈０．０５）。另外，不同文化程度、不同职业及不同年龄段父母在部分应对策略上的差别对具有显著性意义（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论了解白血病患儿父母应对方式情况，有助于护理工作者更客观认识他们在面对压力时所采用的应对策略及影响因素，指导作用运 |

| Abstract: | Objective [WT6BZ]To investigate the coping behayiors in parents of childhood with leukemia. [WT6HZ]Methods [WT6BZ]Applied the Jalowice Coping Scale (JCS) to 34 parents of children with leukemia.[WT6HZ]Results [WT6BZ]There was significant difference in applying coping stratgies (Prayed hour turst in god and told yourself that you could handle anything no matter how hard) between mothers and fathers.In addition,parental age,occupation and level of education were related factors.[WT6HZ]Conclusions [WT6BZ]To realize these results can help nurses to provied support to these parents.
