| 摘 要： | 目的：应用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳法测定免疫球蛋白的纯度。方法：采用pH=8．6，离子强度0．06的缓冲系统，电泳时间80分钟以上。结果：电泳谱显示γ球蛋白与其它球蛋白完全分离，光密度计扫描显示主峰中不混有杂峰。结论：该方法用于测定蛋白纯度，方法准确、可靠，可用于该类制品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: The purity of immune globulic is determined by acetic cellulose film using electrophoretic method. Method:It uses the buffer system of pH=8. 6 and ionic intensity=0. 06,and electrophoretic time is over than 80 mins. Results : Electrophoretogram shows that 7 globulin with the other globulins is completely separate. Photodensitometer shows that there is no other peak in the main peak. Conclusion:The method to determine the purity of albumen is accurate,reliable, and can be applied to the quality control of the product. |
