| 摘 要： | 目的：观察广藿香醇的急性毒性反应。方法：广藿香醇以最大浓度和最大给药体积的药液灌胃。连续观察14d,记录小鼠毒副反应情况。结果：观察14d,给药组死亡2只,给药后4h,给药组小鼠均表现出不同程度的站立不稳、左右摇晃,但在24h内都恢复正常,小鼠体重给药组与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论：广藿香醇的最大耐受量小于12.5g/kg。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the acute toxicity reaction of Patchouli alcohol in mice.Methods: The maximum administration dosage of Patchouli alcohol were determined by ig administration in mice,and its acute toxic reactions were observed for 14 days. Results: Patchouli alcohol lead 2 mice to death,and the others had toxic reaction at different degrees,including unstable standing and tottering. All symptoms were recoverd in 24 hours.Conclusion : The maximum administration dosage of Patchouli alcohol is 12.5g mg/kg. |
