保留盆腔自主神经的直肠癌根治术对男性性功能的影响

目的 探讨保留盆腔自主神经直肠癌根治术对于减少男性患者术后性功能障碍的作用。方法 采用病例对照法，分析直肠癌根治术中保留盆腔植物神经组和不保留组患者术后性功能障碍的发生率及局部复发率。结果 研究组和对照组病人术后勃起功能障碍的发生率分别为43．5％和69．3％，射精功能障碍发生率分别为45.2％和70．6％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。局部复发率分别为4．8％和5％，差异无显著性。结论 保留盆腔自主神经的直肠癌根治术在不增加局部复发率的情况下，可改善患者术后的性功能，提高患者术后的生活质量。

Effects of Pelvic autonomic Never Preservation on Male Patients with Rectal Cancer

Objective To evaluate the effects of PANP on male patients with rectal cancer following curative excision.Methods Retrospectively,the sexual dysfunction and local recurrence rate of respective 42 patienis in case and conirol group were analysed by case-conirol study.Results The erectile dysfunction rate were 43.5% and 69.3% in case and control group,and was found significant difference (P<0.01). 45.2% and 70 .6% of ejaculatory disorder in the two groups and had significance (P<0.01).No significani difference was found in local recurrence between case and conirol group.Conclusion The radical operation with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation for rectal cancer could reduce sexual disorder rate and better life quality without at the expense of local recurrence.
