| 摘 要： | 目的优选复方骨碎补胶囊最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法进行优选,高效液相色谱法测定骨碎补中柚皮苷的含量。结果最佳提取工艺为8倍量50%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2.0 h。结论该提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the optimize extraction condition for Compound Gusuibu Capsules.Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimal of extraction conditions and the contents of naringin was determined by HPLC.Results The optimal extraction process was as follows: reflux extraction three times for 2h each time,adding 8 times amount of 50% ethanol.Conclusion The process was stable,reasonable and feasible. |
