摘    要:
目的:建立不同动物源性食品中大环内酯类药物残留的快速筛选方法。方法:应用微生物生长抑制原理,通过Bacillus stearothermophilus细菌的生长与否,对大环内酯类药物残留进行定性检测。结果:对于多种基质的食品,方法最低检测限(LOD)为50ng/ml,达到食品中大环内酯类药物的MRL值(最大残留限量)的1/2。结论:该筛选方法简便、快速、易操作、灵敏度高,是一种有效检测食品中大环内酯类药物残留的筛选方法。

Abstract:
Objective:To establish an improved screening technique for the rapid detection of macrolides residues in animal food products.Methods:The technique was based on inhibition of growth of Bacillus stearothermophilus.Results:The method provided an enhanced detection capability for a wide range of macrolides at or below one-half the maximum residue limit(MRL) concentrations in a variety of matrices.Conclution:The approach is a significant improvement on existing methodologies as a tool for macrolides residues monitoring in surveillance programmes.
