鼻内镜手术治疗青少年及儿童慢性鼻窦炎的相关因素探讨

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗青少年及儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效和相关影响因素。方法回顾分析我科2001年1月至2007年7月经鼻内镜手术治疗的84例（107侧）青少年及儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料。结果治愈62例（73．8％），好转20例（23．8％），无效2例（2．4％），总有效率（包括治愈和好转例数）为97．6％。术中术后无一例出现严重并发症。结论青少年及儿童慢性鼻窦炎经保守治疗无效时行鼻内镜手术疗效满意，但应严格掌握手术适应证、手术技术、术后随访及综合治疗影响手术的远期疗效。

Endoscopic sinus surgery for adolescent and pediatric chronic sinusitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery （ESS） on chronic sinusitis in adolescent and pediatric patients and its relative factors. Methods Data of 84 patients（ 107 sides） with adolesent and pediatric chronic sinusitis in our department from Jan 2001 to July 2007 who had undergone ESS were analyzed retrospectively. Results In all the 84 cases, 62 cases （73.8%） were cured, 20 cases （23.8%） were improved, while other 2 cases （2.4%） were of no effect. The total effective rate of ESS was 97.6% ,without serious complications. Con- clusions ESS is an ideal surgical method for adolescent and pediatric chronic sinusitis when the conservative treatment is of no effect, but the indication must be exactitude selected. The results of adolescent and pediatric ESS were affected by surgical technique, regular follow-up after operation and comprehensive treatment.
