| 摘 要： | 目的 观察高压氧联合复方樟柳碱治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的临床疗效.方法 根据病史、年龄、症状、眼底表现及眼底荧光造影(FFA)检查确诊为CSC的患者58例(58眼),采用高压氧联合复方樟柳碱治疗.结果 58只眼中,治愈25眼(43.1%),有效30眼(51.7%),无效3眼(5.2%),总有效率94.8%.结论 高压氧联合复方樟柳碱对CSC有明显的治疗作用,能缩短病程,提高视功能,是一种有效的治疗方法. |

| Abstract: | objective To observe the clinical effect of combined hyperbaric oxygen and compound anisodine on central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC). Methods Fifty eight eyes diagnosed of C SC according to disease history, age, symptoms, fundal condition and fundal fluorescence angiography findings were treated hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound anisodine. Results Twenty five eyes(43.1%) was cured, 30(51.7%)turned better and 3(5.2%)failed to respond. Thus, the total effective rate was 94.8%. Conclusions The hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound anisodine has remarkable effects in the treatment of CSC.It can decreases process and improves the visual function of persistent CSC. It is a safe method for CSC. |
