| 摘 要： | 观察前列通瘀胶囊（主药：黄芪、鹿含草、桃仁等)对精液不液化症的疗效。服前列通瘀胶囊77例．75日为1个疗程。结果：对精液不液化症的有效率达85．7％。同时能提高患精子密度和活力．NIH-CPSI评分降低率为55．44％。结论：前列通瘀胶囊能安全有效改善精液不液化症．对该症的精子数量及活力有正面影响;该药的有效性可能与改善引起该药常见的原因即慢性前列腺炎有关。

| Abstract: | Qianlie Tongyu Capsule was employed to treat non-liquefacient sperm, with a course of 75 days. Results: The effective rate reached 85.7%; the Capsule could increase the density and vigor of sperm and reduce NIH-CPSI score by 55.44%. Conclusion: Qianlie Tongyu Capsule can improve non-liquefacient sperm and has positive effects on the amount and vigor of sperms. |
