护理人员中医护理知信行问卷的编制及信效度检验

目的编制护理人员中医护理知信行问卷,并对其进行条目筛选及信效度检验。方法分层整群抽取天津市内6区6所中医院120名护士进行预调查,采用7种方法进行条目筛选,并运用SPSS17.0和Amos17.0进行信效度检验。结果共删除9个条目,保留46个条目:知识分问卷20个条目,信念分问卷15个条目,行为分问卷11个条目。各分问卷Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.944、0.812、0.927,重测信度分别为0.943、0.810、0.925;探索性因子分析中各分问卷分别提取3、3、2个公因子,且分别解释总方差的79.545%、69.143%、73.194%;验证性因素分析的各项拟合指数卡方自由度比值、适配度指数等基本在可接受范围内,各分问卷适配度较好。结论形成的护理人员中医护理知信行问卷可用于护士中医护理知信行领域的调研。

Development and Psychometric Analysis of Questionnaire of NTCM Knowledge-attitude-practice of Nurses

Objective To develop a questionnaire to measure NTCM related knowledge-attitude- practice of nurses. Methods Totally 120 subjects were pre-investigated from six traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Tianjin. SPSS17.0 and Amos17.0 were used to test the reliability and validity and seven different statistical analysis methods were used to select items. Results Totally 9 items were deleted. The questionnaire was composed of 46 items and three sub-questionnaires.The three sub-questionnaires were Knowledge （20 items）, Attitudes （15 items）, Behavior （11 items）. The Cronbach ’s α of three sub-questionnaires was 0.944, 0.812, 0.927 respectively, and test-retest reliability was 0.943, 0.810, 0.925 respectively. The exploratory factor analysis was used to psychometrically evaluate its construction validity. The three sub-questionnaires included 3, 3, 2 factors respectively, and the factors explained for 79.545%, 69.143%, 73.194% variances respectively. The confirmatory factor analysis revealed a good model fit, and the fit indice includedχ2/df, GFI and so on. Conclusion The questionnaire to measure the NTCM related knowledge-attitude-practice of nurses can be applied to related clinical investigation.
