踝臂指数与冠心病及冠状动脉病变程度的相关性

目的 观察踝臂指数（ABI）与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）及冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法选取102例冠心病患者及64例非冠心病患者分别作为冠心病组及对照组，测量其各自的ABI以及相关生化指标（血糖、TC、TG、HDL、LDL、尿酸、C反应蛋白及总胆汁酸），比较并分析ABI与各检测指标的关系。结果冠心病组年龄明显高于对照组（65．54±10．01VS58．53±9．42，P〈005）。ABI明显低于对照组（1.0395±0.1394VS1.0976±0．1347，P〈0．05），其他指标均无明显差异（均P〉0.05）；冠心病组中严重病变者LDL明显高于对照组（106．55±77．48VS84．00±2698，P〈0.05），ABI显著低于对照组（0．9643±0．1926VS；1．0590±01173，P〈001），其他指标亦无明显差异（均P〉0.05）。结论实时的ABI监测对于冠心病的诊断及冠状动脉病变程度的预测具有一定的参考价值，ABI可以作为判断冠状动脉病变程度的一项指标。

Association of abnormal ankle-brachial index with coronary heart disease and the extent of coronary atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the association of abnormal ankle-brachial index with coronary heart disease and the extent of coronary atherosclerosis. Methods Consecutive 166 patients who underwent elective coronary angiography were enrolled in the study. All patients had their ankle-brachial index （ABI） and biochemical parameters measured before the procedure. Results There were significant differences in ankle brachial index between patients with coronary heart diseases and those without coronary heart diseases; also between patients with severe coronary atherosclerosis and those with mild atherosclerosis. Conclusion The measurement of ABI can predict the coronary heart disease and the severity of coronary atherosclerosis.
