东莞市电子行业员工对职业卫生认知水平的调查

目的对东莞市电子行业员工进行职业卫生认知水平调查。方法以问卷的方式对712名员工进行职业卫生相关问题调查。结果中资、台日资和欧美投资等三类企业,在职业卫生管理认知水平上三者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。职业有害因素知晓率随工种变化、其中随学历变化明显(P<0.01)。定期职业健康检查需求率较高(36.4%)。结论监督公司内部管理层对一线车间员工培训成为亟待解决的问题。

INVESTIGATION ON THE COGNITION LEVEL OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AMONG EMPLOYEES OF THE ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY IN DONGGUAN

Objective To survey the cognition level of occupational health among employees of the electronics industry.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the 712 electronics industry workers on the problems which related to the occupational health.Results Significant difference was existed on the cognition level of occupational health among three types of corporations(P<0.01).The rate of knowledge of occupational health was changed to work post.Significant difference was existed on the knowledge of occupational harmful factors between different types of work and education levels.(P<0.01).A higher rate of periodic occupational health examination was demanded(36.4%).Conclusion Inspecting the company’s internal management of occupational health training for frontline staff become a serious problem.
