西帕依固龈液联合金栀洁龈含漱液治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎40例

目的：观察西帕依固龈液联合金栀洁龈含漱液治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例固定矫治中牙龈炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组使用生理盐水漱口,每日含漱4次,每次用15 mL,每次含漱时间30分钟,观察组在对照组基础上使用西帕依固龈液、金栀洁龈含漱液,每日早晚各含漱2次,每次用15 mL,每次含漱时间30分钟。2组患者均以治疗10天为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：2组血糖生成指数（GI）、菌斑指数（PI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）治疗后2、4周与治疗前相比差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后组间比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。观察组治愈率为70.00%,总有效率为97.50%;对照组治愈率为40.00%,总有效率为67.50%。2组疗效相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：西帕依固龈液联合金栀洁龈含漱液治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎临床疗效显著。

XiPaYi GuYinYe and JinZhi JieYin HanShuYe in Treating 40 Cases of Gingivitis Occurred in Fixed Orthodontic Treatment

Objective： To approach clinical effects of XiPa GuYinYe and JinZhi JieYin HanSuYe in treating gingivitis during the course of fixed orthodontic treatment.Method： Eighty patients were randomized into observation group and control group equally.Both groups gargled with physiological saline,four times each day, 15mL once,30minutes of gargling time each time.Observation group used XiPa GuYinYe and JinZhi JieYin HanSuYe for four times each day,15mL once,30minutes of gargling time each time.Ten days were one sessions, Clinical efficacy was observed after one session.Result： Comparisons between both groups before treating suggested no obvious difference in GI,PI and SBI at the second,forth week after treating（P〈0.05）;comparisons among the second,forth week after treating and before treating showed remarkable difference（P〈0.05）;comparisons between both groups after treating demonstrated remarkable difference（P 〈0.05）.Cure rate of observation group was 70.00%,total effective rate was 97.50%;cure rate of control group was 40.00%,total effective rate was 67.50%. Comparisons of both groups showed statistical meaning in clinical effects（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： XiPaYi GuYinYe in treating gingivitis during the course of fixed orthodontic treatment can obtain remarkable clinical effects.
