PBL教学法与传统教学方法结合在骨外科临床见习中的尝试

摘    要:为提高临床骨科教学质量,在临床见习中尝试将PBL教学模式与传统教学模式(LBL)相结合,研究新方法在临床骨科教学中的作用。对PBL教学法与LBL教学法进行对比研究,课程结束后评价教学效果,并进行问卷调查以评价学生的学习态度及学习动力。结果显示,PBL法试验组理论考试成绩显著优于LBL组,而前者学生学习态度及学习动力明显好于LBL组。由此可见PBL教学法在临床骨科教学中优于LBL教学法,其应用于骨科临床见习教学是可行的,有效的,有利于锻炼学生临床思维能力,培养综合素质,值得进一步研究和推广。

Attempt of PBL in combination with traditional teaching method in clinical probation teaching of orthopedic internship

Abstract:In order to improve the teaching quality of clinical orthopedic,in clinical trainee a new teaching mode of PBL combined with LBL has been attempted in clinical orthopedic research teaching in the role.And a comparative study was conducted for the teaching methods of PBL & LBL.By the end of the course evaluation the teaching effect was evaluated by a questionnaire survey to evaluate the students’ attitude to learning.The results showed that the theory test score of PBL group is significantly better than that of LBL group,and the PBL group students’ learning attitude and learning motivation were significantly better than those of LBL group.This shows PBL teaching method in the teaching of clinical orthopedic is better than LBL teaching method.Its application in the orthopedic clinic or probation teaching is feasible,effective,and helpful to training students’ clinical thinking ability and their comprehensive quality,and PBL is worth further research and promotion.
