全叶马兰对中枢神经系统抑制作用的初步研究

摘    要:
全叶马兰对药物和电刺激引起的惊厥有明显的抑制作用,并能加强戊巴比妥的催眠作用和提高可待因的镇痛作用,以全草作用最强,与生理盐水对照组比较,差异非常显著。而对自发活动基本没有影响。

Abstract:
The effect of ethanol extract of kelimeris indica on an-ticonvulsions, hyponotizing, analgesia and spontaneous activities were studied in mice. The results show that kelimeris indica can significantly resist convulsions initiated by caffeine and sodium benzoate or electricity. It can intensify both the hypnotizing effect of pentobarbital and the analgesic effect of codeine. It has statistically no influence on mice spontaneous activities.
