高血压病各期肾动脉血流的双功彩色多普勒超声评价

摘    要:
本文检测了30例正常人,91例不同分期高血压病患者的肾动脉主干和段间动脉的血流频谱。结果:Ⅰ期组肾动脉主干和段间动脉血流频谱各项参数与正常对照组比较,均未见统计学差异(P>0.05);肾血流量,血流速度和肾血管阻力均处于正常状态。Ⅱ期组肾动脉主干和段间动的RI明显高于I期组(P<0.01),Vdmin,Vdmax/Vsmax明显低于I期组(P<0.01),Q,Vsma和Vmean在两组间异不明显(

Abstract:
Duplex color boppler was used to measure the blood flow spectral parameters of the main re-nal artery and segmental artery of 30 normal controls and 91 hypertension patients in different phases.Results showed:In the first phase group,the blood flow spectral parameters of main renal artery and segmental artery were not statistically different compared with those of the normal control group.Renal artery was in a state of normal volumetric flow, flow velocity and vascular resistance. In the second phase group,RI values of main renal artery and segmental artery were significantly higher than those of the first phase group(P<0.01).Vdmin,Vd-max/Vsmax and Vdmax were significanly lower than those of the first phase group(P<0.01).Q,Vsmax and Vmean of renal artery were not significantly different between these two groups (P>0.05).The renal artery was in a state of normal volametric flow,normal systolic flow velocity,low diastolic flow velocity and high renal vas-cular resistance.In the third phase group,RI values of main renal artery and the segmental artery were signifi-cantly higher than those of the second phase group(P<0.01).Vdmin,Vdmax/Vsmax and Q of renal artery were significantly lower than those of the second phase group(P<0.01).The renal artery was in a state of low sys-tolic and diastolic flow velocities,low volumetric flow and extreme high renal vascular resistance.
