| 摘 要： | 应用Ｂ超检查了１１８例非溃疡性消化不良患者服用促胃动力药西沙必利前后胃液体排空的变化；以探讨ＮＵＤ症状与胃排空的关系。结果：ＮＵＤ患者中有４７．４６％存在胃液体排空延迟，它与ＮＵＤ症状中的进食后腹胀、早饱、嗳气密切相关；胃动力药可改善胃排空延迟的ＮＵＤ患者的排空时间，同时可改善部分症状。结论：部分ＮＵＤ患者的部分症状确定与胃动力障碍有关。 |

| Abstract: | The changes of gastric emptying phase after administration of promoting gastric motility a-gent cisapride were observed in 118 cases with non-ulcer dyspepsia(NUI)by ultrdsonography.The relationship between symptoms and gastric emptying were surveyed Delayed gastric liquid emptying occurred in 47.46% NUD patients.They usually associated with abdominal distension .early satiety and eructation. After cisapride treatment emptying time and symptoms both improved . |
