| 摘 要： | 本文报告了应用二尖瓣超声心动图与脉冲多普勒血流波之间间期的方法评估左室舒张功能，研究结果表明，本方法可用于估价犬心梗和人陈旧性心梗、左室压力负荷过重、扩张型心肌病等病理理状况下的左室舒张功能异常。

| Abstract: | Using simultaneous display of M-mode echocardiography and pulsed Doppler spectrum, we ob-served the intervals between mitral leaflet and transmitral inflow in 102 patients with left ventricular diastolic dys-function and changes of the intervals before and after experimental acute myocardial infarction in 23 dogs. The re-sults showed that e-E and d-E intervals decreased in patient groups or in the experiment after the infarction. Therelationship between left ventricular filling after the maximal excursion of mitral valve and left ventricular diastolicfunction was disccused. |
