| 摘 要： | 本文分析了２９例无器质性心脏病患者感染性心内膜炎的临床和超声资料，主要探讨超声心动图对感染性心内膜炎诊断的价值。结果表明；二维及多协超声心动图可提高赘生物的检出率，从而提高临床对感染性心内膜炎的诊断率，而且可对病变部位、瓣膜损伤程度进行了直接观察，同进具有早期诊断以及对治疗效果进行评估的优点。

| Abstract: | The clinical and echocardiographic data of 29 infective endOcarditis(IE) patients with non-or-ganic heart disease were analysed.The diagnostic value of twodimensional and Doppler echocardiography to IE was investigated.The results showed that two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography could increase clinical diagnosis rate of IE through the increased findings of vegetation,observing directly the site of lesion and the ex-tent of damaged valve,making early diagnosis and estimating curable effects possible. |
