| 摘 要： | 本文应用彩色多普勒超声对青光眼患者的３２只患眼，１８只健眼及５０只正常人眼眼动脉多普勒血流频谱进行了观察，研究了青光眼眼动脉的血液动力学改变。结果显示：青光眼眼动脉血管阻力随眼压增高而增高，严重者可致舒张末期血流缺如。青光眼患者的健眼也有舒张末期血流减少，阻力指标异常上升。手术后眼动脉舒张期血流增加，阻力指标下降，认为多普勒超声对青光眼病情、预后及疗交有预测价值。

| Abstract: | An ophthalmic artery Doppler study was performed in 28 glaucoma cases. The peak systolic velocity,end diastolic velocity.mean enveloped velocity were all measured. The pullsatility index(PI)and resis- tance index(RI)were analysed.The results showed that glaucoma patients'both involved eyes or either one of the involved eyes'PI and RI were significant higher than those normal eyes. Doppler technique is helpful to pre-dict the progress and prognosis of this disease. |
