摘    要:
目的研究玉米多糖对小鼠体液免疫的影响,探讨玉米多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法采用小鼠脾细胞抗体生成试验、半数溶血值(HC50)的测定,观察0.026 7、0.267、0.8 g/kg BW剂量的玉米多糖胶囊对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。结果通过小鼠脾细胞抗体生成试验观察到0.8 g/kg BW剂量的玉米多糖胶囊能促进小鼠脾细胞抗体产生;通过HC50的测定观察到0.267、0.8 g/kg BW剂量的玉米多糖胶囊能提高小鼠HC50。结论本研究条件下观察到玉米多糖能够提高小鼠体液免疫调节功能。

Effect of Corn Polysaecharide Capsule on Humoral Immunity Function

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of corn polysaeeharide capsule on humoral immunity function in mice. Methods Modified Jerne' s method and HC50 test were performed to observe humoral immune with the doses of 0. 026 7,0. 267,0. 8 g/kg BW corn polysaecharide capsule. Results After the treatment by the close 0. 8 g/kg BW corn polysaeeharide capsule, the modified Jerne' s method could promote antibody production in spleen cells of mice; After the treatment by the doses of 0. 267,0. 8 g/g BW corn polysaeeharide capsule, the HC50 testing could increase HC50 in mice. Conclusion Corn polysaecharide capsule can effectively enhance humoral function in mice.
