吉林省哨点医院2008年伤害监测资料分析

目的了解吉林省部分城乡居民伤害发生的流行特征,为制定防制策略提供依据。方法资料来源于吉林省德惠市3家不同级别伤害监测哨点医院,对2008年1-12月首次就诊于哨点医院的伤害病人进行调查。结果共收集4 756例伤害病例,男女性别比2.41∶1(3 364/1 392);伤害原因中居前3位分别为跌倒或坠落(30.56%)、机动车车祸(29.38%)、中毒(11.90%);伤害多以非故意伤害为主(84.88%);年龄构成中25～44岁居多(47.62%)。结论德惠市2008年伤害监测点伤害以跌倒/坠落、机动车祸、中毒为主,青壮年是高发人群,男性高于女性,提示应针对不同人群、不同原因加强伤害预防工作。

Injury Analysis in Surveillance Hospitals of Jilin Province in 2008

Objective To know the epidemiologic characteristics of injuries among residents of urban and rural in Jilin province and to provide the foundation for constituting strategy of prevention and control.Methods Data of the patients who came to the hospitals for the first time in 3 injury surveillance hospitals at different levels in Dehui city from Jan.to Dec.in 2008 were used.Results 4 756 injury patients were collected,the gender radio of males and females was 2.41：1;The leading 3 causes of injuries were falling（30.56%）,traffic injury by motor vehicles（29.38%）and poisoning（11.9%）;Most injuries were caused unintentionally（84.88%）;The most composing of age group was 25-44 years old（47.62%）.Conclusion The major injuries occurred in injury surveillance hospital in Dehui city in 2008 are falling,traffic injury by motor and poisoning,the youths and adults were the high-occurred population;The morbidity of male is higher than that of female.It implicates that injury prevention should be strengthened to different crowd and different injury causes.
