摘    要:目的评价某电子连接器生产企业建设项目职业病危害控制效果。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价技术导则》等标准,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查法进行定性定量评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素为:铅烟、二氧化锡、异丙醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、正己烷、丙烯腈、苯乙烯、噪声等。经检测,噪声为78.4~83.8 dB(A),甲苯、异丙醇、正己烷、铅烟浓度分别为≤3.5、≤26.2、≤44.6、≤0.012 mg/m3,其他有毒物质均未检出。结论该项目基本符合国家相关标准规范的要求。

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in Construction Project of Producing Electrical Connector

Abstract:Objective To assess the control effect of occupational hazards in construction project of producing connector in the company.Methods The methods of field investigation,detection and occupational health surveillance were carried out and the project was evaluated by qualitative and quantitative analysis.Results The major occupational hazards were lead fume,tin dioxide,isopropyl alcohol,benzene,toluene,xylene,n-hexane,acrylonitrile,styrene and noise.The detection results showed that noise intensity was 78.4-83.8 dB(A),the concentration of toluene,isopropyl alcohol,n-hexane and lead fume were no more than 3.5,26.2,44.6,0.012 mg/m3,respectively,the other occupational hazards had not been detected.Conclusion The project has met the requirements of occupational health.
