| 摘 要： | 临床经521例氟病患者分组对照,经4月治疗观察,治疗组总显效率51.6％,总有效率92.1％;对照组显效4.8％,总有效率14.3％。对大鼠氟中毒药物疗效试验,能减轻动物氟中毒症状和肝、肾和骨的病理损害。药物的急性和长期毒性试验,表明该药安全无毒。

| Abstract: | 521 cases of fluorosis were divided into groups with control. After 4 months of treatment, the markedly effective rate of treatment group was 51. 6% total effective rate 92. 1 % : that of the control group were 4. 8% and 14. 3% respectively. Drug therapeutic-effect test in rat fluorosis ameliorated its symptoms and injuries to liver and kidney. Long- termand acute toxic test revealed the drug to he safe and non -toxic. |
