| 摘 要： | 目的对牛膝(Achyranthes bidentataBl.)中的植物甾酮类成分进行分离、鉴定。方法采用各种色谱分离手段,利用理化性质及NMR、MS等波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为漏芦甾酮B(rhapontisterone B,1)、旌节花甾酮D(stachysterone D,2)、红苋甾酮(rubrosterone,3)、β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,4)和胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,5)。结论化合物1、2为首次从牛膝中分离得到。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To isolate and elucidate the phytosterone constituents from Achyranthes bidentata Bl.Methods Many kinds of chromatography methods were used to isolate chemical constituents.Physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis (NMR、MS) were employed for structural identification.Results Five compounds were identified as:rhapontisterone B(1),stachysterone D(2),rubrosterone(3),β-sitosterol(4),daucosterol(5).Conclusions Compouds 1 and 2 are first isolated from Achyranthes bidentata Bl. |
