摘    要:目的探讨SimMan3G模拟教学法对妇产科学专业学位硕士临床技能培训的作用。方法将100名妇产科学专业学位硕士分为传统教学组(50名)和SimMan3G教学组(50名),并分别给予临床技能培训;最后选取标准化患者,用客观结构化临床考试对学生的临床技能培训效果进行考核,比较其优越性。结果SimMan3G教学组在病史采集、临床体检、急救技能操作、病历书写和临床综合能力等考核方面明显优于传统教学组。差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);SimMan3G教学组在促进学生对教学内容掌握、交际合作能力的提高、分析解决问题能力的增强等方面反馈明显优于传统教学组.差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论SimMan3G模拟教学法不仅有助于提高妇产科学专业学位硕士的临床技能培训效果,还能有助于激发学习兴趣,深受学生的好评,在妇产科学硕士专业学位培养中值得提倡。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of SimMan3G simulated teaching method on clinical skills training of specialized master in department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 100 specialized masters in department of ob- stetrics and gynecology were divided into traditional teaching group and SimMan3G teaching group with 50 cases in each group, and both groups were given clinical skill training. When the training finished, standardized patients and objective structured clini- cal examination were used to evaluate the effects of the two training methods, and compare the superiority between the two groups. Results The difference between SimMan3G teaching group and traditional teaching group in collecting patients material,clinical examination, first aid skills operating,clinical record writing, and clinical comprehensive ability had statistical significance (P〈O.05). SimMan3G teaching group was superior to traditional teaching group in the enhancement of the teaching content to master, the im- provement of communication and cooperation, the enhancement of analysis and solution of problems and so on (P〈0.05). Conclu- sion SimMan3G simulated teaching method not only improves the level of clinical operating skills of postgraduates,but also helps to stimulate their studying interest, and wins the good remarks among postgraduates, therefore,it is worthy of promotion in training teaching of professional masters in department of obstetrics and gynecology.
