摘    要:
目的;探讨人胃粘膜Hp感染的检测法。方法:以纳氏测氨法为基础建立了纳氏试剂快速显色检测人胃粘膜中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的方法,临床检测485例因上消化道症状而行胃镜检查的患者。并以细菌培养、粘膜涂片镜检及血清抗Hp-IgGELISA检测结果为对照。结果:该法的敏感性、特异性、阳性及阴性预测值和诊断效率分别为970%,983%,99.4%,91.3%及95.3%。结论;该法检测Hp感染的原理及特点初步分析表明其与传统尿素酶试验有较大的差别,有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:
Purpose: To evaluate the method for rapid diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection in human gastric mucosa with Nessler's reagent. Method: This "Nessler's color reaction - urease testN (NUT) method is based on detecting the pre formed trace NHt in mucosa yielded by urea hydrdysis of H. pylori urease and its results can be judged either by naked eye's observation or by instrument's detection. NUT detection biopsy specimens from 485 patients refered to gastroendoscopy investigation was studied with the comparison of bacterium culture and smear staining, as welll as ELISA. Results: The performance of NUT showed that the methed poasessed high sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and diagnoctic efficiency of 97. 0%, 98. 3 %,99. 4 %, 91. 3% and 97. 3 %, respectively for detecting H. pylori infection in human gastric mucosa. COncIusion: The studies reveal that the detection Principle of NUT is different from traditional ureasc test and is a more rapid,convenient, sensitive and specific new methed than all other detective method for H. pylori infection based on biopsy specimen.
