护理干预对经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术患者围术期的影响

目的探讨护理干预对经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术患者围术期的影响。方法将216例肾结石、输尿管上段结石患者随机分成两组,干预组和对照组各108例。对照组采用传统护理方法;干预组行护理干预,内容包括入院指导、健康宣教、术前准备、合理的心理护理、严密的观察、积极主动的术中配合、正确的出院指导、治疗中各种问题的及时处理等。比较两组患者的焦虑情况、术后疼痛情况、住院天数、患者掌握疾病相关知识程度及对护理工作的满意度情况。结果术后的干预组焦虑情况、并发症发生率、住院天数、患者掌握疾病相关知识程度及对护理工作满意度均优于对照组,两组差异显著具有统计学意义。结论经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术患者根据需求进行针对性护理干预,能提高患者术中配合完成率,减少术后疼痛、减轻患者的焦虑、降低患者住院天数、满足患者健康知识需求,提高护理质量,值得临床推广。

Nursing Intervention for Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy in Patients with Pneumatic Lithotripsy Impact of Perioperative

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention on percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with pneumatic lithotripsy perioperative effects.Methods 216 cases of kidney stones,stones in the upper elm catheter were randomly divided into two groups,intervention group and control group 108 cases.Control group using traditional methods of care;intervention group underwent intervention,including hospitalization guidance,health education,preoperative preparation,reasonable psychological care,close observation,pro-active with surgery,the correct discharge guidance,treatment problems in the timely processing.Two groups were compared anxiety,postoperative pain conditions,length of stay,and patient control of disease-related knowledge and satisfaction of care situation.Results After the intervention of anxiety situation,complication rate,hospital stay,patients with disease-related knowledge to grasp the degree of care and satisfaction are due to the control group,significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with pneumatic lithotripsy nursing interventions according to specific needs,can improve the completion rate of patients with surgery to reduce postoperative pain,reduce patient anxiety,reduce patient length of stay,health knowledge to meet patient needs and improve quality of care is worthy of promotion.
