502例外科围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的调查分析

目的调查某院外科围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法对2009年1月至12月在某院手术的502例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的品种、用药时间以及联合用药情况进行统计和分析。结果围手术期抗菌药物的应用率为100%,选用的药物主要包括头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类和头霉素类;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口术后平均用药时间分别为7.5,8.2和12.4d;抗菌药物二联以上用药总比例为41.8%。经过两年的专项整治工作,各项指标都有了一定程度的改观。结论抗菌药物专项整治工作初见成效,必须进一步加强围手术期抗菌药物的使用管理,提高抗菌药物临床应用的合理性。

The Investigation and Analysis of Antimicrobials Application in 502 Cases Surgical Perioperative

Objective Understand the information of antimicrobials application in surgical perioperative.Methods We made retrospectively analysis of 502 surgical patients in 2009.The antimicrobials species,duration of treatment and drug combination were recorded and analysis.Results The application rate of antimicrobials in surgical perioperative is 100%.cephalosporins,quinolones and cephamycins were more frequently selected.The average treatment duration of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ incision is 7.5,8.2 and 12.4 days respectively.The total ratio of bigem or trilogy usage of antimicrobials is 41.8%.Conclusion We must strengthen the management of antimicrobials application in surgical perioperative in order to elevate the rationality of antimicrobials′ clinical application.
