巨大肥厚性胃炎误诊为胃淋巴瘤1例报告并文献复习

目的：探讨巨大肥厚性胃炎（Menetrier病）的临床病理特点,提高对本病的认识,减少误诊。方法：报告1例巨大肥厚性胃炎的临床资料、病理学特征、诊断和治疗情况,并进行文献复习。结果：该病临床无特异表现,影像学及胃镜等检查显示胃壁弥漫性增厚,容易误诊为胃淋巴瘤,诊断主要依据病理。结论：Menetrier病是一种少见的特殊类型的肥厚性胃炎,病理可以提供最准确的诊断依据。治疗方案以对症治疗为主,必要时行外科治疗。

Giant Hypertrophic Gastritis Misdiagnosed for Lymphoma:One Case Report and Literature Review

Objective:To investigate the clinical and pathologic characteristics of giant hypertrophic gastritis and to improve the recognition and decrease the misdiagnosis of this disease.Methods:The clinical features,histopathology characteristics,diagnosis and treatment were reported in 1 case of the giant hypertrophic gastritis with review of related literature.Results:The disease was without specific clinical features.Diffuse thickening of gastric wall was show by radiology and gastroscope which was easily to misdiagnose gastric lymphoma.The most precise diagnosis could be provided by pathology.Conclusions:Menetrier desease is a rarely specific hypertrophic gastritis and the diagnosis is based on the clinical manifestations,radiology feature and histopathology.Symptomatic treatment is the first choice of therapeutic regimen and the surgical therapy was the choice if necessary.
