梅毒螺旋体感染兔模型的研究

摘    要:通过家兔睾丸接种梅毒螺旋体建立家兔感染动物模型是研究梅毒的重要实验方法.接种后的梅毒螺旋体展现出5个阶段的变化:孵育期、指数增长期、静止生长期、退化期、潜伏期.各阶段根据损害的表现、损害的持续时间、寄生菌的特征、感染器官的表现、病理学改变、血清学的改变、与青霉素治疗的相关性共7个方面的变化各自有其特点.该模型的建立,对梅毒发病机制、早期诊断、药物治疗及预后等多方面的研究均具有重要意义.
Abstract:
It is an important experimental approach to study syphilis by upbuilding a rabbit model of Treponema pallidum (Tp) infection through inoculation of Tp into the testicles of rabbits. After inoculation, Tp undergoes five stages of evolution, i.e., incubation,exponential growth,stationary phase, retrogression and latency. And, each stage is characterized by the appearance and duration of lesions, features of the parasite, infectivity of the animal's organs, pathological findings, serological changes and correlations of these findings with treatment with penicillin. To establish this model is of great significance for the investigation of pathogenesis, early diagnosis, pharmacotherapy and prognosis of syphilis.
