| 摘 要： | 培养护生预检分诊能力和操作技能,是提升护士人性化服务理念,达到提高急救技术及快速的应急反应能力的教学目的。通过对过去带教中存在的问题进行分析,制定改进措施,确保了护士的实习质量。并通过提高带教老师的素质,采取科学施教,达到了预期的实习效果。 |
