C—myc基因在人类染色体上的定位

摘    要:
本文应用染色体原位杂交方法对c-mye基因在人类染色体上的位置进行定位研究。结果表明,在100个正常人染色体分裂相中,38%的杂交银粒位于8号染色体上,其中80%在8q24位置。在其它染色体上,杂交银粒随机分布。c-myc基因的激活在许多人类肿瘤的形成和发展中起重要作用。研究其在正常及恶变细胞中位置的变化,为探讨癌变机理,诊断肿瘤,防止癌的形成提供依据。

Abstract:
We used in situ the chromosome hybridization techniques to map the cellular oncogene c-myc on human chromosomes, and found that grains were distributed randomly in various regions, except chromosome 8 . Thirty-eight per cent of the grains were found on chromosome 8 , essentially (80%) at band q24. Ac-tivated c-myc gene plays an important role in transformation and development of neoplasia. Direct study on the location of c-myc gene in normal and malignant cells can contribute to understanding of the mechanism of tumorigenesis, prevention of cancer and development of more effective anti-cancer agents.
