| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthase,FASE)的表达与前列腺癌(Pca)发生发展和转移的关系.方法]采用免疲组化SP法检测58例Pca、29例前列腺上皮内瘤(PIN)、20例良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中FASE的表达,比较其表达与Pca临床病理特征的关系.结果]良性前列腺增生、前列腺上皮内瘤和Pca组织中FASE阳性表达率呈增高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).FASE表达与Pca组织分化程度、Gleason分级和临床病理分期有关(P<0.05),与Pca淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05).结论]FASE异常表达增高在Pca的恶性进展中起重要作用,检测FASE的表达有帮助于判断其病期及预后.
