| 摘 要： | 目的：研究原发性肝癌不同中医证型与机体细胞免疫功能（NK.C、LBT、T细胞亚群）的关系。方法：将符合入选标准的56例原发性肝癌患者分为肝盛脾虚型、肝热血瘀型、肝肾阴虚型。用逐步回归法分析各型与机体细胞免疫功能的关系。结果：与证型密切相关的细胞免疫功能指标是NK.C、CD4^ ；呈负相关关系。结论：三型中，肝盛脾虚型的机体细胞免疫功能较好，肝热血瘀型次之；肝肾阴虚型最差；三型的预后关系与临床观察结果一致，说明此种分型方法在一定程度上揭示了肝癌的中医病机传变规律。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the Relationship between body Immune Function (NK.C,LBT and T subtype)and TCM Symptoms and Signs in Primary Liver Cancer Cases.Methods:56 primary liver cancer cases were divided into 3 groups based on TCM diagnosis followed by studying their relationship with the body immune functions. Results:Cell Immune Function index were NK.C,CD 4 and negative correlations were observed. Conclusions:The better immune function was found in the cases with weak spleen and strong liver functions. The worse immune function was found in cases with Yin weakness cases. |
