中心静脉导管置入治疗恶性胸腔积液观察

目的　探索应用中心静脉导管置入治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床价值。方法　回顾性分析 13例恶性胸腔积液患者经皮穿刺置管 ,抽取积液 ,间断排净积液后分次注入药物的临床资料。结果　胸腔全部置管一次成功 ,经过治疗 12例完全缓解。结论中心静脉导管置入是一种安全有效的方法 ,治疗恶性胸腔积液有良好的推广应用价值。

Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion With Central Venous Catheter

Objective To explore the value of implanting a central venous catheter in pleural cavity for treating malignant pleural effusion. Methods 13 patients with malignant pleural effusion were implanted a central venous catheter in their pleural cavity. After the fluid was drawn out entirely intermittently, the drug was infused into the cavity. The clinical data of these patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results The central venous catheters were implanted in pleural cavity successfully in 13 patients. After treatment, 12 cases were complete remission. Conclusions Implanting a central venous catheter was a safe and effective method for malignant pleural effusion. The technique was worthy to be widely used.
