表皮自体移植治疗白癜风56例的疗效观察

目的 :观察表皮自体移植术治疗白癜风的疗效。方法 :对 5 6例白癜风病人采用自体表皮移植术 ,其中局限型 42例 ,节段型 12例 ,泛发型 2例 ,共移植 63个白斑区 ,植入直径 0 .3～ 0 .9cm皮片 43 2处。结果 :皮片存活率为 94.7% ,其中治愈 16例 ,显效 2 7例 ,有效 11例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率达 96.4% ;节段型疗疗效最好 ,局限型次之 ,泛发型较差 ( χ2 =17.68,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :表皮自体移植术是治疗白癜风有效的方法之一

Observation of the curative of autologous epidermal grafting on vitiligo

Objective:To observe the curative effect of autologous epidermal grafting on fifty six patients with vitiligo. Methods:Among these patients treated by epidermal grafting, 42 were localized,12 segmental and 2 general lesions,and 432 skin grafts, sized 0.3～0.9cm were transplanted to 63 vitiligo areas. Results:The livability of all skin grafts amounted to 94.7%,and 16 cases were cured completely, 27 cases had obvious curative effect,11 had curative effect, 2 had no effect and total effective rate was 96.4%.Conclusion:The autologus epidermal grafting is one of desirable therapeutic methods for vitiligo.
