下呼吸道感染绿脓假单胞菌及其耐药性监测

摘    要:目的 了解住院患下呼吸道感染绿脓假单胞菌(PA)及其对抗生素耐药情况。方法 对临床下呼吸道感染患送检痰液分离细菌,采用美国Auto Scan—4自动细菌鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏分析。结果 PA在检出细菌中占比例最高(42.4%),PA耐药较低的抗生素为亚胺培南(15.1%),其次为头孢他啶(26.4%)、派拉西林/他唑巴坦(27.9%)、环丙沙星(35.8%)。结论 PA是住院患下呼吸道感染的重要病原菌,应强调及时送检标本作细菌培养及药敏试验,并根据药敏结果选择抗菌药物。

Abstract:Objective To observe the resistant status of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA) antibiotics in nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection patients. Methods Bacteria detected from sputum of lower respiratory tract infection patients were identified and the resistance to antibiotics was analyzed by using AUTO SCAN-4 (made in U.S.A.). Results The detection rate for PA was the highest(42.4%).The resistant rates of PA to piperacillin/tazo,ceftazidime and imipenem were 36.0%,28.0% and 26.0%,respectively. Conclusion PA is a major bacteria responsible for lower respiratory tract infection.Stress be made on the culture of sputum specimens and activities of drug resistance test as well as selection of suitable antibiotics for treatment based on the results of drug susceptibility be carried out.
