摘    要:目的探讨长期输血肿瘤患者体内血液铁代谢指标的变化趋势,为指导此类患者临床治疗提供依据。方法相应方法检测长期输血肿瘤患者组、未输血肿瘤患者组以及健康对照组全血铁、血清铁蛋白、血清转铁蛋白数值并进行分析比较。结果长期输血肿瘤患者全血铁水平显著升高,铁蛋白水平显著升高,转铁蛋白含量与对照两组无显著差异;长期输血肿瘤患者铁代谢相关指标间无显著相关。结论长期输血肿瘤患者体内铁代谢指标变化显著,同时显示出明显的铁负荷加重;以上结果提示此类患者在治疗过程中应重视铁代谢水平的变化并积极进行去铁治疗。

Abstract: Objective ] To investigate the trend of long-term blood transfusion blood indicators of iron metabolism in cancer patients, and to provide a basis for guiding the treatment of such patients clinical; Methods ] The whole blood iron, serum ferritin and transferrin values were analyzed and compared between long-term transfusion group of cancer patients, tumor patient group without transfusion and the healthy control group; Resluts ] The levels of whole blood iron were significantly elevated in long-term transfusion cancer patients group, while the ferritin levels were significantly elevated, and transferrin concentration in the control was no significant difference between the other two groups; Conclusion ] The iron metabolism indicators change significantly in cancer patients with long-term transfusions, while showing significant iron load heavier. These results suggest that such patients should be pay more attention to the changes of iron metabolism in the treatment process and take actively deferoxamine theranv.
