| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Ｐ５３异常表达与皮肤鳞癌发生、发展的关系。方法：用免疫组化ＳＰ法，检测５１例皮肤鳞癌标本中Ｐ５３ＰＣＮＡ的表达。用已知乳腺癌阳性切片及ＰＢＳ代替－抗和阳性、阴性对照。经χ＾２检验及秩和检验。结果：Ｐ５３一率为４３．１％，其中高度分化鳞癌与中等分化、差分化鳞癌之间差异有显著性。结论：皮肤鳞癌中存在Ｐ５３的异常表达，Ｐ５３的表达与鳞癌的分化有一定的关系，Ｐ５３表达与ＰＣＮＡ的表达相近，提示Ｐ |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of p53 to cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical technique labelled with streptavidin biotin system was used to test p53 and PCNA expression in 51 cases.Results:The results showed that p53 positive rate was 43.1%(23/51).The difference between well differentiated and intermediate,poorly differentiated squamous epithelial cell carcinoma was significant( P <0.01).Conclusions:The expression of p53 is related to the cell differentiation.The expression of p53 is similar to that of PCNA.It shows that p53 mutation may play an impatant role in cutaneous squamous cell tumour formation. |
