血清人附睾蛋白4检测对子宫内膜癌诊断的临床意义

目的 评价血清人附睾蛋白4(HE4)在子宫内膜癌诊断中的价值,探讨其与子宫内膜癌病理特点的关系。方法 随机选取安徽医科大学第一附属医院妇科收治的30例子宫内膜癌患者为子宫内膜癌组,同期体检的30例健康女性为健康对照组,比较两组的血清HE4和糖类抗原125(CA125)水平,并研究子宫内膜癌患者血清HE4浓度与子宫内膜癌病理特点的关系。结果 子宫内膜癌组血清HE4水平高于健康对照组;血清HE4诊断子宫内膜癌的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)大于CA125;血清HE4诊断子宫内膜癌的敏感度高于血清CA125;子宫内膜癌患者血清HE4水平和FIGO分期、组织学分级、深肌层浸润有关,与病理类型、淋巴结转移和脉管浸润无关。结论 相比血清CA125,HE4对子宫内膜癌有更好的诊断价值。

The clinical value of serum human epididymis secretory protein 4 in diagnosis of endometrial cancer

Objective To evaluate the value of serum HE4 in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer and discuss the relationship between serum HE4 and pathological characteristics of endometrial cancer. Methods Thirty cases diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma in this hospital were randomly selected, and compared with 30 healthy women who had medical examination in the physical examination center of this hospital in the same period. The level of serum HE4 and CA125 of the two groups was compared. The relationship between serum HE4 level and pathological characteristics of endometrial cancer was researched. Results The level of serum HE4 of the patients with endometrial cancer was higher than that of the healthy women. AUC of serum HE4 diagnosing the endometrial cancer was bigger than serum CA125. The sensibility of serum HE4 diagnosing endometrial cancer was higher than serum CA125. Serum HE4 level had a relationship with FIGO staging, histological grade, muscular infiltration depth, but had nothing to do with pathological type, lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion. Conclusion Serum HE4 has a better diagnostic value for endometrial cancer than serum CA125 has.
