补肾健脾安胎法治疗先兆流产60例

[目的]观察用补肾健脾安胎法治疗先兆流产的临床疗效.[方法]将90例患者随机分成两组,治疗组60例,对照组30例;对照组用黄体酮、HCG治疗;治疗组采用补肾健脾安胎法治疗,均连续治疗2周,观察治疗前后阴道流血、腰酸、腹痛、B超、血孕酮等变化.[结果]经统计学处理,两组治愈率和有效率差异显著(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组,且能较好地升高和维持血孕酮值.[结论]补肾健脾安胎法对先兆流产有较好的治疗作用.

Threatened Abortion 60 Cases Treated with Miscarriage Prevention of Reinforcing Kidney and Spleen

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of miscarriage prevention of notifying kidney and spleen on threatened abortion.[Method] Randomly divide 90 cases into treatment group(60) and control one(30),the control one was treated with progesterone and HCG;the treatment group with miscarriage prevention of notifying kidney and spleen,both for 2w,then observe the changes of vaginal bleeding,lumbar ache,abdomen pain,B ultrasonic and blood progestin before and after treatment.[Result] After statistical dealing,both groups cure rate and effective rate had marked difference(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than control one,the former could better improve and maintain blood progestin.[Conclusion]Miscarriage prevention of notifying kidney and spleen has good treatment to threatened abortionl.
