| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心电图、动态心电图在诊断小儿病毒性心肌炎的应用。方法:对心电图、动态心电图在121例小儿病毒性心肌炎的阳性检出率进行分析。结果:两种方法的阳性检出率分别是:心电图72.6%,动态心电图93.6%。结论:两种心电图检查联合运用,综合分析,可提高诊断小儿病毒性心肌炎的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the comtribution of the electrocardiogram (ECG) and dynamic ECG in the diagnosis of viral myocarditis in chiadren.Methods:The positive detectable rate of the ECG and dynamic ECG in 121 children with viral myocarditis was analyzed.Results:The positrve detectable rate of the ECG and dynamic ECG was 72.6% and 93.6% respectively.Conclusion:In order to elevate the positive detectable rate of viral myocarditis in children,we must pay attention to the superiority and insufficient,and adopt the two methods reasonably in the diagnosis of riral myocarditis for improving the accurate rate. |
